About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning cancellation of the certificate on state registration of the legal entity and the physical person - the entrepreneur

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph one of article 166-11 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to N 51, the Art. 1122) the words "or issues of the certificate on state registration" to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR.

2. The Item "in" of part two of Article 128 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, N 3-4, Art. 27) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

3. In the Tax code of Ukraine:

1) in Item 20.1 of Article 20:

in subitem 20.1.29 of the word of "certificates on state registration of subjects of business activity" to exclude;

in subitem 20.1.30 of the word "about issue of such certificates on state registration and licenses" shall be replaced with words "about state registration and issue of licenses";

To replace 2) in Item 64.4 of Article 64 of the word of "receipt of the registration certificate" with the word "registration";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in subitem 75.1.3 of Item 75.1 of Article 75 of the word "including certificates on state registration, productions and address" "including about production and the address";

To exclude 4) in subitems 80.2.1 and 80.2.2 of Item 80.2 of Article 80 of the word of "certificates on state registration";

5) in Article 94:

to state subitem 94.2.4 of Item 94.2 in such edition:

"94.2.4. there are no permissions (license) for implementation of economic activity, trade patents, certificates of conformity of registrars of settlement transactions";
