About introduction of amendments to article 121 of the Labor code of Ukraine

1. Bring in Article 121 of the Labor code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to N 50, the Art. 375) such changes:
in part three of the word "and average earnings" to exclude;
add with part four of such content:
"To the workers sent to official journey, compensation for the performed work is performed in accordance with the terms, defined by the employment or collective agreement, and the amount of such compensation cannot be below average earnings".
