About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" concerning import and export of alcohol

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, N 46, Art. 345 with subsequent changes) such changes:

In paragraph four of Article 1 of the word "in contact with oak wood" shall be replaced with words 1) "in oak container or the corrosion-proof or enameled reservoirs with oak staff-wood";

The third offer of part one of article 3 after words "cognac alcohol" to add 2) with the words "and to fruit";

3) in Article 14:

"Import and export of alcohol cognac and fruit are performed in the presence of the corresponding licenses by subjects of managing which are provided with oak container or the corrosion-proof or enameled reservoirs with oak staff-wood for endurance of alcohol cognac and fruit, qualified specialists and own production capacities in production of alcohol cognac and fruit, of cognac and alcoholic beverages on cognac technology and have licenses for production of alcohol cognac and/or fruit. Wholesale trade by alcohol cognac and fruit is performed by the subject of managing based on the license for production of cognac and alcoholic beverages on cognac technology. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines procedure for maintaining the register of the specified subjects of managing";

2. This Law becomes effective in ten days from the date of its publication.
