In compliance with the subitem 42) of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the state inventory of burials of hazardous substances, radioactive waste and dumping of sewage into subsoil.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 1996 No. 1285 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the state inventory of burial of hazardous substances, radioactive waste and dumping of sewage into subsoil" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 42, the Art. 403);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2006 No. 323 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 1996 No. 1285" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 14, the Art. 138).
3. To the ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to bring departmental regulations into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
