To Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to develop also in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation, by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service of Russia on financial improvement and bankruptcy to approve method of calculation of the amount of the capitalized payments for providing on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in case of liquidation (bankruptcy) of legal entities - insurers.
