About some questions of "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company

1. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to Committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of right of possession and uses of twenty five percent of the state block of shares of "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company;

2) to Committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of twenty five percent of the state block of shares of "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
