about modification and amendments in the Law on the humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova No. 1491-XV of November 28, 2002

In the Law on the humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova No. 1491-XV of November 28, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 23-24, of the Art. 79), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 5:

add Article with the Item b 1) of the following content:

"b 1) ad hoc commission under the Ministry of Health";

2. State Article 6 in the following edition:

"Article 6. Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family

The Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family is the central industry body of public management authorized on development, promotion and realization of state policy on obtaining and distribution of the humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova.".
