2. In the Regulations about credit activities of banks of the Republic of Moldova approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 45 of December 25, 1997. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 8, of the Art. 24), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
