For the purpose of increase in work pensions I decide:
1. Make since June 1, 2011 adjustment of the actual earnings of pensioners and recalculation of work pensions proceeding from the average salary of workers in the republic for the I quarter 2011.
2. To finance expenses on recalculation of work pensions by fund of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
