1. Paragraph two of item 4 of the Instruction about procedure for test of authenticity of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus and (or) special brands on alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, implementable (stored) by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of February 1, 2007 No. 8 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 71, 8/15976; 2008, No. 276, 8/19763) to state in the following edition:
"when importing to the Republic of Belarus legal entities in accordance with the established procedure alcoholic beverages and (or) tobacco products - customs authorities in the procedure established by the legislation;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
