"1. Establish rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers (code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union 3104), the Republic of Belarus which is exported from the territory out of limits of customs area of state members of Eurasian economic community, 75 euros for 1000 kilograms.";
1.2. exclude Item 2.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the first following after month of its official publication.
