Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 1995 "About patents for plant varieties" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1995, No. 19, Art. 235; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 67, 2/791; 2004, No. 103, 2/1040; 2007, No. 118, 2/1308; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661) following amendments and changes:
1. In Article 1:
paragraph two add with words "plants (further if other is not determined, - grade)";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the author of grade (selector)" - the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign citizen or the stateless person (further if other is not determined, - the citizen) whose creative activity creates grade;";
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"the protected grade" - the grade entered in the State register of the protected plant varieties of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Register of the protected grades).";
to the sixth to exclude the interlinear note to the paragraph.
2. In Article 2:
to exclude the word "plants" from the name of Article;
in part two of the word "grade **", "selector" both "citizens and" to replace respectively with the words "plant grade (further if other is not determined,-the request)", "the author of grade (selector)" and "citizens, persons without citizenship and foreign";
to exclude the interlinear note to part two;
in part five:
after the word "patent" to add part with the words "on plant grade (further if other is not determined,-the patent)";
the word of "selector" shall be replaced with words "the author of grade (selector)";
to exclude the word of "plants".
