About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Item 1 of the Section I actually ceased to be valid according to the Code of Ukraine of 13.04.2012 No. 4651-VI
2. Article 163-8 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to N 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:
"Article 163-8. Manipulation in the stock market
The deliberate actions of the official of the stock market participant having the manipulation signs on the stock exchange established according to the law of rather state regulation of the security market
involve imposing of penalty from hundred to five hundred free minima income of citizens.
The same actions made by group of persons or person, which for year подвергнуо to administrative punishment for the offense provided by part one of this Article
involve imposing of penalty from five hundred to seven hundred fifty free minima income of citizens".
3. The criminal code of Ukraine (2001, N 2526, the Art. 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Article 222-1 of the following content:
"Article 222-1. Manipulation in the stock market
1. The deliberate actions of the official of the stock market participant having the manipulation signs on the stock exchange established according to the law of rather state regulation of the security market which led to receipt of the stock market by the professional participant either physical person or the third parties arrived in considerable sizes, or to avoidance by such persons of losses in considerable sizes or if it did considerable harm to the rights protected by the law, to freedoms and interests of certain citizens to either the state or public concerns, or interests of legal entities,
