About approval of Rules on information security in system of collection and data processing on safety of flights of aircrafts of civil aviation

In view of the offer of Public administration of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of homeland security of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Azerbaijan Republic, Special service of the state protection of the Azerbaijan Republic and Azerbaijani Airlines Private company, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules on information security in system of collection and data processing on safety of flights of aircrafts of civil aviation" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the moment of signing.
