1. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 27.12.2006 N 115/107/5 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with collection, processing, storage, protection, use of information constituting credit history", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.12.2006 for N 1384/13258;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 14.01.2008 N 5/27/5 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with collection, processing, storage, protection, use of information constituting credit history", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.01.2008 for N 36/14727.
2. To department of licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Rechkin O. P.) and Department of associations of citizens, state registration of printing mass media and news agencies of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Semerkina A. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to management of systematization of the legislation and legal information of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Pushengko O. G.) official publication of this order.
