1.1. in Item 2:

to state part one of subitem 2.1 in the following edition:

"2.1. the customer, the organizer, authorized organization during procedure of public procurement has the right within the funds allocated from republican and local budgets including the state trust budget funds, the state off-budget and innovative funds, to increase (to reduce) amount of this purchase to 10 percent, and also to change the cost of public procurement specified in the agreement in connection with change in value of the acquired raw materials, materials, component parts and other goods (works, services) which could not be provided in the beginning of the procedure of this purchase, and (or) change of the legislation.";
