About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2011 No. 495

1.1. add Item 1 with subitem 1.5 of the following content:
"1.5. the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics for the term of no more than 90 days.";
1.2. add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. The prices (rates) for the goods (works, services) included in the lists determined in subitems 1. 1, 1.2 and 1.5 Items 1 of this resolution, till July 1, 2011 cannot exceed the level established by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs making and (or) realizing the specified (rendered) goods (works, services), for May 28, 2011";
1.3. add the resolution with the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics for the term of no more than 90 days, it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after official publication.
