1. Establish refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 16 annual interest rates.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2011 No. 172 "About refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 54, 8/23610).
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2011.
