About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of the procedure of organization of entrepreneurship

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, NN 18-22, of the Art. 144):

1) in Article 74:

"3. The authorized capital of the state commercial enterprise is formed by authorized body to which management sphere it belongs. The size of the authorized capital of the state commercial enterprise is established by the specified authorized body.

The authorized capital of the state commercial enterprise is subject to payment before the termination of the first year from the date of state registration of such company";

the fourth to exclude part;

Part the fourth Article 78 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. The authorized capital of municipal unitary enterprise is formed by body to which management sphere it belongs. The size of the authorized capital of municipal unitary enterprise is determined by the relevant local council.

The authorized capital of municipal unitary enterprise is subject to payment before the termination of the first year from the date of state registration of such company".

2. In the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, NN 40-44, of the Art. 356):

Paragraph two of part three of Article 107 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Signed by the chairman and members of the commission on the termination of the legal entity and approved as members of the legal entity or the body which made the decision on the termination of the legal entity, copies of the transfer act and distribution balance are transferred to the body performing state registration of the legal entity who stops, in the place of its state registration, and also in the body performing state registration of the legal entity - the legal successor for the place of its state registration";

2) in Article 135:
