About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather rent relations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, NN 18-22, of the Art. 144):

Article 115 to exclude 1);

3) in Article 287:

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, N 15, Art. 99 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words word parts one of "property of the state companies and organizations" "property of the state companies, organizations and organizations" and to add with the words "and other separate individually certain property which is in the state-owned and utility property";

to exclude paragraph two of part five;

2) in Article 4:

in part one:

in paragraph four the word "rooms" shall be replaced with words "non-residential premises";
