The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 3 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About auditor activities" (and 2006, N 44, 432) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Art. in such edition:
"3) issuers of securities and derivative (derivatives), and also in case of receipt of the license for implementation of professional activity in the security market".
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
