The changes made to some acts of resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 23, 2006 N UP-3722 "About Measures for Liberalization and Creating Favorable Conditions for Development of Wholesale and Retail Trade":

a) State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Recognize necessary creation in the procedure for Association of wholesale companies established by the legislation";

b) recognize Items 3 and 5 invalid.

2. In the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 6, 2006 N PP-300 "About the organization of activities of Association of wholesale companies":

a) State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Assign to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

state registration territorial (regional, interregional and interdistrict) the bases which are part of Association of wholesale companies;
