About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather insider information

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In article 163-9 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to N 51, the Art. 1122):

Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:

"Intentional illegal disclosure, transfer or provision of access to the insider information, and also provision with use of such information of recommendations concerning acquisition or alienation of securities or derivative (derivatives), and also making, with use of the insider information in own advantage or for the benefit of other persons of the transactions directed to acquisition or alienation of securities or derivative (derivatives) which the insider information concerns -";

To add 2) with the note of the following content:

"Note. Are implied by persons who made the actions provided by this Article: officials of the issuer, including those who were officials of the issuer at the time of acquaintance with the insider information; persons having access to the insider information in connection with accomplishment by them of labor (office) obligations or contractual commitments irrespective of the relations with the issuer including employees of professional participants of the stock market; government employees to whom the insider information as a result of accomplishment of job (office) responsibilities by them is known; persons who studied the insider information in the illegal way; the auditors, notaries, experts, appraisers, arbitration managers or other persons which are carrying out the public powers conferred by the law".

2. In article 232-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, N 25-26, Art. 131):
