According to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of provision I ORDER to the employer of the grant for employment of the unemployed:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for provision to the employer of the grant for creation of additional workplaces for employment of the unemployed approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, of 10.01.2001 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.01.2001 for No. 75/5266 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Submit to the state jobcenter this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
