2. Department of administration of customs payments (Zvarich V. V.) and to Legal support division (Black G.N.) to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring this order to the attention of legal entities and physical persons.

4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Dorokhovsky A. N.
