About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. - In the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456-XII of May 25, 1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 5961, of the Art. 200), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

selling price of domestic manufacturer - the price of domestic manufacturer at which drugs in the territory of the Republic of Moldova are implemented, declared, approved and registered in the National price catalog of the producer on drugs in which calculation the standard rate of profitability on the company to 15 percent is provided.".

- to 15 percent - for the companies importing and/or delivering wholesale both import drugs, and drugs of local production;

- to 25 percent - for drugstores and their branches.
