1. Liquidate the republican state state company "Nauchnometodichesky Center of Special Programs" of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer the property which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated company to the authorized capital of Institute of Economic Researches joint-stock company of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
