About approval of rates of the excise tax in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Due to the rejection of national representatives of Jogorku Kenesh of rates of the excise tax by Meeting in the Kyrgyz Republic to repeal the resolution of General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of 3rd No. 568-1 of December 24, 1996 "About approval of rates of the excise tax in the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. Approve rates of the excise tax in the Kyrgyz Republic on the goods made by legal entities and physical persons in the Kyrgyz Republic and on the goods imported by legal entities and physical persons into the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 (are applied).
3. Due to the introduction of new rates of the excise tax in the Kyrgyz Republic to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to introduce to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic the bill "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 1997".
4. Recommend to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to cancel the customs duties on the fuel oil imported into the Kyrgyz Republic and also on the diesel fuel used on carrying out agricultural works in the period of the harvest and sowing companies.
5. Send this resolution to the Meeting of national representatives of Jogorku Kenesh.
