2. The correctional facility after acceptance on accounting of the pensioner serving sentence in places of detention and removal from accounting reports it about it within five calendar days to body of work and social protection of the population in the location of correctional facility.".
3. Add Article 73 with part three of the following content:
"3. In case of the child's birth at the woman serving sentence in places of detention, the correctional facility submits the documents specified in part one of this Article, in body of work and social protection of the population in the location of correctional facility.".
