Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2008 N 481 "About approval of Rules of implementation by customs authorities at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation of separate actions for transport control" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 28, the Art. 3380).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with Delegation of Power on Implementation of Separate Types of the State Control to Customs Authorities of the Russian Federation".
