1) in the Item of part nine of Article 9 of the word "Federal aeronautical Service, approved with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and respectively the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and Federal Air Transport Agency" shall be replaced with words "the federal executive body authorized in the field of use of airspace of the Russian Federation, approved with the federal executive bodies authorized in the field of safety, defense, customs affairs, control of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population";

2) in part seven of Article 11 of the word "bodies of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "bodies of the Federal Security Service";
