1. Establish for the legal entities and their branches and representations which are subject to the state (accounting) re-registration according to article 90 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2003 "About joint-stock companies", zero rate on the charges in case of the state re-registration (renewal) provided by Articles 398, of 404, of 407, of 410, of 413, of 416, of 419, 438 and 441 Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 12, 2001 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget".
2. To state bodies to perform acceptance of documents, necessary for the state re-registration (renewal), without submission of the receipt or the document confirming payment in the budget of the charges specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. The zero rate is applied once to each of the objects of the state re-registration (renewal) specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
