1. Approve the enclosed forms of orders of tax authority:

about suspension of account transactions according to bank accounts of the taxpayer;

about suspension of account transactions according to bank accounts of the agent on payment of compulsory pension contributions.

2. To management of the analysis and current forecasting of the income of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dalenov R. E.) approve the forms of orders of tax authority specified in Item 1 of this order with National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To management of organizational support of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Streltsov N. V.) to bring this order to the attention of the Tax Committees on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty, "Astana - Jean calla", the interregional Tax Committee of N1.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
