1. Approve the enclosed Rules of operational planning of transportation of goods and procedure for filling of accounting forms on the Kyrgyz railroad.

2. To the head of department of the Kyrgyz railroad Omurkulov I. Sh. perform state registration of Rules in the Ministry of Justice and accept to management and execution.

RULES of OPERATIONAL PLANNING of TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS AND the PROCEDURE for FILLING of ACCOUNTING FORMS ON the KYRGYZ RAILROAD (to Articles 16, 17, 18 Charters of the railroad of the Kyrgyz Republic)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Operational planning aims to determine all needs for transportations following from specific conditions of productive activity of the companies, the organizations and the population (consignors) of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.2. Operational planning of transportation of goods is performed on the basis of requests of consignors according to requirements of article 17 of the Charter of the railroad of the Kyrgyz Republic.
