About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47
Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47 "About approval of conditions and procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept during labor (the main and additional) and social (in connection with training) leaves, payment of monetary compensation for unused labor leave and in other cases, stipulated by the legislation, and also the list of the payments considered in case of calculation of average earnings" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 44, 8/3382; 2006, No. 60, 8/14276; 2008, No. 248, 8/19571; No. 291, 8/19883; 2010, No. 94, 8/22152), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the paragraph the second Item 28 part one the word "awards" shall be replaced with words "monthly awards";
1.2. in Item 31:
after the words "there was increase" to add with words "the tariff charge (salary) of the worker or";
add Item with parts two and third the following content:
"In case of introduction in the organization of new payment terms of work of workers without application of the Single scale of charges of workers of the Republic of Belarus calculation of correction coefficients is made proceeding from the tariff charge (salary). At the same time the tariff charge (salary) of the worker without increases, stipulated by the legislation is accepted.
