In the subitem "d" of Item 15 of Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 N 814 "About measures for regulation of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 32, Art. 3878; 2005, N 50, Art. 5304; 2006, N 3, Art. 297; 2009, N 12, Art. 1429; 2010, N 11, the Art. 1218), "The Federal Service on supervision of compliance with law in the field of protection of cultural heritage" shall be replaced with words words "Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation".
