1. Approve the Procedure for holding target auctions for sale of property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge it (is applied).
2. To department of repayment of the overdue tax liabilities to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
2.1 provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;
2.2 promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Matveev O. V.
