In connection with entry into force since May 7, 2011 of the Law of Ukraine "Concerning cancellation of the certificate on state registration of the legal entity and physical litsapredprinimatel" (further - the Law) we report about modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning changes according to the procedure of opening of accounts of subjects of managing by banks (legal entities and physical litspredprinimatel).

The law makes changes to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs", according to which issue of the certificate on state registration of the legal entity and the physical person - the entrepreneur as the document certifying the fact of entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs is cancelled (further - the Unified state register), records about state registration of such persons.

The procedure for opening by banks of customer accounts is determined by the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.11.2003 No. 492 (further - the Instruction).
