About modification of the Instruction about procedure for issue of licenses by the National commission of regulation of power industry for implementation of separate types of business activity
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About power industry", "About natural monopolies" and the Regulations on the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine, of 14.03.95 N 213 (with changes), the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in Item 4.3 of Chapter 4 of the Instruction on procedure for issue of licenses by the National commission of regulation of power industry for implementation of separate types of the business activity approved by the resolution NKRE of 06.10.99 of N 1305, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 28.10.99 for N 738/4031, the following changes:
to add paragraph two after the word "location" with the words "or name";
word in paragraph eight "or in case of change" to exclude names of the legal entity.
2. To provide to management of licensing provision of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
