Article 1

Article 2

1. Provisions of the subitem "an" of Item 1 and Item 3 parts two of Article 151 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (in edition of this Federal Law) are applied to the criminal cases brought after day of entry into force of this Federal Law.

2. On the criminal cases which are in production of body of pretrial investigation on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law, production of preliminary inquiry terminates in that body of pretrial investigation in which production they were about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
