The second Article 5.43 of the word "three hundred to five hundred" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "three thousand to five thousand", shall be replaced with words words of "three thousand to five thousand" "thirty thousand to fifty thousand";
Paragraph two of part 2 of Article 12.19 to state 2) in the following edition:
