About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Assignment of Rights on Single Technologies"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 N 284-FZ "About assignment of rights on single technologies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 52, the Art. 6239) the following changes:

1) in Article 5:

a) regarding 1 word "on the website in Internet network determined by the Government of the Russian Federation (further-the website)" shall be replaced with words "on the official site of the Russian Federation in Internet network for placement of notices on holding open tenders or auctions on the right of the conclusion of agreements on assignment of rights to single technologies and other information in the cases provided by this Federal Law (further - the official site)";

b) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The official site and procedure for use of the official site are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

c) regarding 3 words "on the website on which the notice on holding open tender was posted" shall be replaced with words "on the official site";

d) in Item 6 of part 4 of the word "the website on which the tender documentation is posted" shall be replaced with words "data on placement of the tender documentation on the official site (in case of holding open tender)";

e) add part 6 with the offer of the following content: "In case of holding open tender the tender documentation is also posted on the official site.";

e) in part 9 of the word "on the website" shall be replaced with words "on the official site";

g) in part 11 of the word "on the website" shall be replaced with words "on the official site";
