Article 1

Part the thirteenth Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The depositary performing accounting of the rights to issued securities with obligatory centralized storage shall render to the depositor the services connected with receipt of the income on such securities in cash and other such securities of money payments which are due to owners. The depositary performing obligatory centralized storage of issued securities according to the order of the issuer provides it the list of persons which are owners of the specified securities, once a year for the remuneration which is not exceeding costs for its creation, and in other cases for remuneration which amount is determined by the contract with such depositary. The nominee holder, being the depositor of the depositary performing obligatory centralized storage of issued securities shall provide the list of owners of such securities no later than seven days after day of receipt of the relevant requirement from the specified depositary. The depositary performing accounting of the rights to other securities can render to the depositor the services connected with receipt of the income on such securities and other such securities of payments which are due to owners.";
