About creation of open joint stock company in the field of mobile wireless communication
For the purpose of development of the telecommunication market, ensuring the competition between mobile operators of the Kyrgyz Republic and increase in the income of the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company in the field of mobile wireless communication according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to act as the founder of Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company, having determined its authorized capital in the amount of 100000 (hundred thousand) som divided into 1000 (one thousand) pieces of common nominal shares by nominal value of 100 (hundred) som one share, having fixed 100 (hundred) percent of shares of this open joint stock company in state-owned property.
3. To the state communication agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to allocate to the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic money in the amount of 100000 (hundred thousand) som from the financial resources received by the agency from its activities (except for, the supervising functions received from annual payment for implementation on licensing), for forming of the authorized capital of the created Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company which are subject to return after receipt of funds from privatization of Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company.
4. To public service on regulation and supervision of the financial market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to make registration of constituent share issue of Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company without payment collection.
5. To the ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to make state registration of Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company in bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
