1. Recognize invalid:
- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of functions and powers of the state bodies performing fight against economic types of crimes" of April 11, 2008 No. 131;
- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 11, 2010 No. 1;
- Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 15, 2010 No. 50.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
