1. Make additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree RB of 11.01.2013 No. 22

1.2. The regulations on service in bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2007 No. 660 "About some questions of bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 1, 1/9248; 2009, No. 43, 1/10472) to add with Item 138-2 of the following content:

"138-2. In day of medical examination and blood donation, its components workers are exempted from execution of service duties with preserving behind them cash allowance for this day.

After every day of blood donation, its components additional day of rest (day of release from execution of service duties) with preserving behind it cash allowance is provided to the worker. The specified day of rest at the request of the worker can be attached to the main leave or is used in other time.

In case of blood donation, its components during the main leave, on the public holidays and holidays established and announced by the President of the Republic of Belarus non-working on the weekend or after the working day other day of release from execution of service duties is provided to workers.".

2. This Decree becomes effective since June 9, 2011.
