1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 18.09.2002 N 103/346 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance Licensed conditions of implementation of certain types of economic activity in the field of health care which are licensed", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.10.2002 for N 820/7108.
2. To department of licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of Ukraine (Ivanchenko O. B.) and Department of management and quality control of medical services
Ministries of Health of Ukraine (Gazhaman T. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Department of management and quality control of medical services of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Gazhaman T. A.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship Brodsky M. Yu. and First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Anishchenko A. V.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
