1. Approve Changes of 17.10.2006 No. 999, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.11.2006 for N 1238/13112 (are applied) to the Regulations on depository activity approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market.
2. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of the security market (O. Tarasenko) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
