About approval of Changes to the Procedure for issue of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate", of 08.04.2011 No. 367/to "About approval of structure and number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Justice" and for the purpose of enhancement of process of issue of certificates on the right to occupation notarial activities I ORDER to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for issue of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 22.06.2009 No. 1107/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.06.2009 for N 565/16581 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.):

2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

2.2. Finish this order to the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to chiefs of head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body Chizhmar K. I.
