About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of organization-legal bases of fight against crime and corruption

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

Part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, N 4, of Art. 20 with subsequent changes) to add 1) with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About investigation and search operations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, N 22, Art. 303 with subsequent changes):

in Article 9:

in word part one "the chief of law-enforcement body, security service" shall be replaced with words "the chief of law-enforcement body, division of internal security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, body of the Security Service of Ukraine";

in word part three "the chief or the authorized deputy chief of law-enforcement body, security service" shall be replaced with words "the chief or the authorized deputy chief of law-enforcement body, division of internal security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, body of the Security Service of Ukraine";

3) in part seven of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About organization-legal bases of fight against organized crime" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, N 35, Art. 358; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 2, 2010 No. 2738-VI of the word of "internal security" to exclude.
